Cinevision.ai provides AI-powered content creation, conversion, and distribution services, including but not limited to:

5.3. Generated Content: Content generated by our AI services based on your User Content remains your property. We claim no ownership rights to your generated output.
5.4. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to upload User Content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
6.1. Certain Services require payment of fees. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified.
6.2. Payments are due as specified in your service plan. Late payments may result in service suspension.
6.3. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in your service agreement.
6.4. We reserve the right to change our fees with 30 days’ notice.
7.1. Some Services are offered on a subscription basis (SVOD, AVOD, or PPV models).
7.2. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
