How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your CineVision account, please email us at:

Please include:

• Your full name
• The email address associated with your CineVision account
• A statement requesting account deletion

For security purposes, we may contact you to verify ownership of the account before processing the request.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon successful verification and processing of your request, the following data will be permanently deleted or anonymized:

• User account information
• Profile details
• Login credentials and authentication records
• User preferences and settings
• Viewing history and activity associated with your account
• Any personal information stored within the CineVision platform

Data That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained where required by law, for fraud prevention, security investigations, dispute resolution, tax obligations, payment processing requirements, or other legitimate business purposes.

Retention Period

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days of successful identity verification.

Backup copies and legally required records may be retained for up to 90 days after account deletion, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law.
