Cinevision.ai provides AI-powered content creation, conversion, and distribution services, including but not limited to:

• Vertigo: Content format conversion services
• TallTale: Vertical streaming app and OTT FAST channel platform creation
• BIGidea: AI-powered content production from script to final render

3. USER ACCOUNTS

3.1. You may need to create an account to access certain Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.

3.3. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3.4. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE

5.4. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to upload User Content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

6. PAYMENT TERMS

6.1. Certain Services require payment of fees. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified.

6.2. Payments are due as specified in your service plan. Late payments may result in service suspension.

6.3. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in your service agreement.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CINEVISION.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL
• SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS OR DATA LOSS

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cinevision.ai, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of third-party rights

Our Services may integrate with or link to third-party services, platforms, or app stores (including iOS App Store and Google Play Store). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their terms.

13. TERMINATION
